Korean Perilla Pesto

   Process the Pesto

   Add the 1 pack of sesame leaves, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 2 tablespoons garlic, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to a food processor. Blend until the mixture is a smooth paste.

   Serve with Pasta

   Toss the finished pesto in a bowl with your freshly cooked pasta. Serve immediately, garnishing each plate with some leftover pine nuts for a bit of crunch.
