Combine the yoghurt, fruit, and a good amount of ice in your blender jar. Secure the lid and whiz on medium speed until everything is well blended and smooth.
If you want it extra frosty, or if your blender struggles with whole cubes, remove the center of the lid while the blender is running and drop in 3 or 4 ice cubes, blending until they're completely crushed and the cooler is thick.
