   Prep the Cucumbers

   Grate the cucumbers and sprinkle them lightly with sea salt. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes to allow them to release their water.

   To ensure your tzatziki isn't watery, squeeze the grated cucumber in small batches with your hands until you've removed as much liquid as possible.

   Mix the Yogurt Base

   In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cream, olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, and pepper. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
