Strawberries Romanoff
Strawberries Romanoff brings together fresh strawberries macerated in sugar and Grand Marnier with a light, tangy cream topping. The strawberries need at least 1 hour in the fridge to release their juices and soak up the liqueur, so plan ahead. Just before serving, whip up the cream with a touch of sour cream for a bright finish. It's best served right away, but you can assemble it up to 2 hours in advance.

Whip the Cream
Just before serving, pour 1 cup cold heavy cream into a large mixing bowl with 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until the cream holds stiff peaks. Gently fold in the 1/4 cup sour cream with a spatula until it's just blended into the whipped cream.
