Pour in the 1 tablespoon white wine and let it bubble and evaporate, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Continue to fry for another 1 minute.
Stir in the 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon chili oil. Fry for 1 minute more, allowing the sauces to coat the mushrooms.
Lower the heat to low, then fold in the 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 1/4 cup sliced spring onions. Mix everything together just until combined, then transfer the mushrooms immediately to a serving plate.
