Pear Dauphine’ Cocktail

   Mix and Shake

   Combine the 1/2 oz anjou pear, 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur, 3/4 oz gin, 1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and 3/4 oz pear liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty cold to the touch, about 15-20 seconds. Strain the mixture into your chosen cocktail glass.

   Garnish the Cocktail

   Finish your cocktail with a garnish: either an edible flower or a paper-thin slice of pear perched on the rim of the glass.
