   Drain the Yogurt

   For a thicker, richer frozen yogurt, drain the vanilla yogurt overnight. Line a fine-mesh sieve with cheesecloth or a coffee filter, set it over a bowl, and let the yogurt sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or until much of the liquid has drained out.

   Churn the Yogurt

   Once the yogurt is drained, whisk in the 2 tablespoons of amaretto cream until fully combined. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, until it reaches the consistency of soft-serve.
