With the processor still running, slowly pour the 3 tablespoons olive oil through the food chute. Continue to process until the pesto is well-blended and emulsified, looking smooth and thick. Spoon the finished pesto into a zip-top, heavy-duty plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator.
