   Blend the Pesto

   Combine the 1 cup basil, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, 1 1/2 Tablespoons squeezed lemon juice, 1 Clove garlic, and 3/4 Teaspoon sea salt in a food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture is completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is incorporated.
