   Shake and Serve

   Combine all liquid ingredients from the list, along with the 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 dashes Angostura bitters, in a shaker. Fill the shaker with 1 serving ice, then shake well until the outside of the shaker is thoroughly chilled. Pour the mixture directly into a glass, unstrained, over fresh ice.
