Sweet and Sour Pork
This sweet and sour pork recipe features tender strips of pork, first marinated and then fried until golden. The pork is then coated in a bright, tangy sauce made from tomato puree, sugar, and vinegar, thickened with a starch slurry. It comes together in just over an hour, with most of that time spent marinating the pork. A sprinkle of fresh coriander at the end adds a fresh, aromatic finish.
