Separate Egg, Slice Pork
Crack an egg into a bowl and separate the white from the yolk; you'll only need the egg white for this recipe. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.

Pour cooking oil into a wok and heat it to 190°C (375°F). Carefully add the marinated pork strips to the hot oil.
Fry the pork until it turns brown and is cooked through. Remove the cooked pork from the wok and set it aside on a plate.
Pour some water into the wok and bring the sweet and sour sauce to a thorough simmer. Once hot, add the fried pork strips back into the wok.
Stir in the starch slurry. Continue to stir-fry all the ingredients until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the pork, and everything is thoroughly mixed together.
