Drain the silken tofu and gently ease it from its packaging onto a large plate. Carefully slice the block into 1/2-inch slabs widthwise. Once sliced, use the palm of your hands to gently push the pieces sideways, fanning them out across the plate. - 02
Dress and Garnish Tofu
Once the tofu is arranged, drizzle the soy sauce and Chinese sesame sauce evenly over the fanned slices. Finish with a scattering of chopped scallions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
