Sesame Seared Tofu With Jalapeno Miso Dressing

Heavily coat one side of the tofu with the jalapeno miso dressing. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours to really soak up the flavors.
Once the tofu has marinated, heat a dry pan over medium heat. While the pan warms, spread a layer of sesame seeds and a pinch of salt on a plate. Press the non-marinated side of the tofu firmly into the sesame seeds to coat it evenly. When the pan is hot enough that you can feel heat radiating towards your hand when held just above the surface, add the grapeseed and sesame oils. Swirl them around, then carefully lay the tofu into the pan, sesame-coated side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until each surface is a deep golden brown.
