   Mix everything until it's well combined and resembles coarse crumbs.

   Press the herb and breadcrumb mixture firmly over the mustard-coated lamb rack, ensuring an even layer.

   Return the crusted lamb rack to the 350°F oven and continue roasting for another 15 minutes. The crust should be golden.

   Rest and Carve

   Remove the rack from the oven and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before carving it into individual chops. This resting period helps the juices redistribute, ensuring a tender cut. The lamb should be cooked to medium-rare.
