Mix and Serve
Combine the 40 ml rum, 20 ml Passoa, 30 ml lime juice, 15 ml passion fruit syrup, and a dash of peach bitters in a mixing glass. Stir with a cocktail stirrer until well combined.
Pour the mixture over crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint. If you have it, a sprinkle of edible flour makes for a nice flourish.
