Stir in the 1 teaspoon of garam masala and 1 spoon of salt, letting the spices bloom in the hot oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the prepared spinach to the pan, stirring to combine with the spices and tomato. Finally, gently fold in the 1 kg of cheese (paneer), letting it warm through in the sauce for a few minutes. Serve hot.
