Pad See Ew
Pad See Ew is a classic Thai stir-fried noodle dish, featuring wide rice noodles, tender chicken, and crisp Chinese broccoli. The sauce, a mix of dark soy, oyster sauce, and vinegar, coats everything with a deep, glossy sheen. Cooked quickly over high heat in a wok, the dish gets a smoky char from the egg and garlic.
