Prepare the Fish
Arrange the fish fillets in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. If some fillets are thinner, overlap their ends slightly to help them cook evenly.
Evenly sprinkle the fish with wine, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Follow with the mushrooms, green onions, and finally, the bread crumbs.
