Ingredients: 1 avocado; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 teaspoon chili powder; 1 bunch of cilantro; 1 pound crab; 0.25 cup cream; 0.5 teaspoon cumin; 2 cloves garlic; 8 servings green onions; 1 juice of lime; 9 servings shakes of pepper; 2 roma tomatoes; 16 ounces salsa verde; 1 teaspoon salt; 5.5 cups cheese; 0.5 pd of shrimp; 8 tortillas

These enchiladas are packed with crab and shrimp, then rolled in tortillas and baked under a blanket of salsa verde and cheese. The filling comes together quickly on the stovetop, seasoned with chili powder and cumin, and brightened with fresh lime and cilantro. It’s an easy way to get a cheesy, seafood-forward meal on the table, especially if you have cooked crab on hand.
