Mexican Chicken Lettuce Wraps

   Marinate Chicken

   Toss the chicken breast pieces with 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chile powder, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

   Cook Chicken

   Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's cooked through and lightly browned.

   Prepare Salsa

   While the chicken cooks, combine the 15 ounces black beans, 1/4 cup bell pepper, 1 medium tomato (diced), and 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped) in a separate bowl.

   Combine Chicken and Salsa

   Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the bowl with the bean and vegetable mixture. Stir everything together, tasting to see if it needs any extra seasoned salt or lime juice.

   Just before serving, halve the 1 medium avocado, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin pieces.
