In a pan, cook the 4 bacon strips until they're deeply browned and shatteringly crisp. Transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to cool, which will help it get even crunchier.
While the bacon cools, trim the 100 grams of lamb's lettuce, removing any tough stems or discolored leaves.
