Jamaican Banana Fritters
These banana fritters are a quick, spiced treat, made from mashed ripe bananas mixed with brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then lightly bound with flour. The batter comes together quickly in one bowl. Once mixed, you'll drop spoonfuls into hot oil until each side turns a deep golden brown, then drain them. They're warm, sweet, and spiced.
