Hot Chocolate Fudge
This two-layer fudge combines rich dark chocolate with sweet white chocolate, all made quickly in the microwave. Sweetened condensed milk gives it that classic smooth, dense fudge texture. Once the layers are spread, a scattering of miniature marshmallows on top gives it the feel of a steaming mug of hot cocoa. Just allow enough time for it to chill in the fridge until firm.
