Hot Chocolate Fudge

   Prepare the pan

   Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with wax paper or foil, then give it a good coat of non-stick spray. This will make it much easier to lift the fudge out later.

   Melt dark chocolate

   In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the mixture in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each one, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

   Stir in vanilla

   Stir the vanilla extract into the dark chocolate mixture until everything is smooth and glossy.

   Spread dark chocolate layer

   Pour the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out into an even layer with a spatula.

   Melt white chocolate

   In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the remaining half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave this mixture in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the white chocolate is melted and smooth.

   Add white chocolate layer

   Carefully spread the melted white chocolate mixture evenly over the dark chocolate layer in the pan.

   Add marshmallows

   Scatter the Mallow Bits or miniature marshmallows over the white chocolate layer. Gently press them down so they adhere to the fudge.

   Chill the fudge

   Transfer the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm and fully set.

   Unmold the fudge

   Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the wax paper. Carefully peel all of the wax paper away from the fudge.

    Cut and serve

    Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces. It's ready to serve.
