   Dissolve Honey

   In a small bowl, dissolve the 50g honey into the 100ml water.

   Mix and Knead Dough

   Stir in the 300ml rye flour until a dough forms. Let it rest for a few minutes, then knead it briefly until smooth. This short rest helps the flour hydrate.

   Shape Cookies

   Using a teaspoon, scoop portions of dough and roll them into small, round buns or cakes. Arrange them on an oven plate that's either greased or lined with baking paper.

   Bake Cookies

   Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden and firm to the touch.
