   Shake and Strain

   Combine the 1 1/4 oz vodka, 1/4 oz lime juice, 1/4 oz Cointreau, and 1/4 cup cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker completely with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker feels frosty cold. Double strain the mixture into a large cocktail glass, then garnish with a lime wheel.
