Chocolate Caramel Crispy

These are no-bake bars made with melted Mars bars and butter, mixed with crispy rice cereal. A layer of chewy, caramel-laced cereal is topped with a smooth cap of milk chocolate. They come together quickly on the stovetop and just need time in a cool place to firm up. Great for a make-ahead treat, just slice them into squares once fully set.
