Cheesy Bacon Sausage Egg Hash Brown Skillet

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook the 6 slices of bacon until crisp and golden. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked bacon to a small bowl lined with paper towels to drain.
Carefully spoon out about half of the bacon fat from the skillet, leaving just enough to cook the sausage.
Spread the hash browns evenly across the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for 5 minutes, allowing a nice crust to form on the bottom. Flip the hash browns, then sprinkle the 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the 6 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and a dash of salt and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.
