   Muddle Lime and Build

   Cut the 2 limes into wedges or chunks and place them in a sturdy glass. Add the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Muddle the lime and sugar together firmly, pressing to release the lime juice and oils from the peel. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the 2-3 ounces of white rum. Stir gently to combine before serving.
