Blackberry Honey Cocktail

   Shake the Cocktail

   In a pint glass, combine the honey vodka, homemade clover honey syrup, fresh blackberries, and lemon juice. Add ice, then shake vigorously for about 6 seconds until everything is well-chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Strain the shaken cocktail into a Collins glass that's already filled about half way with cubed ice.

   Top with Ice and Jam

   Top off the drink with crushed ice, mounding it slightly. Finish by crowning the glass with a spoonful of handmade blackberry jam, letting it sit on top of the ice.
