Valentine's Day Potted Plant Ice-Cream Desserts
These ice cream desserts look like little potted plants, complete with "soil" and a green sprig. Vanilla ice cream gets mixed with nuts, berries, and palm seeds, then topped with crushed Oreo cookies for that dark, crumbly soil effect.
