Syrian Spaghetti
This Syrian-style spaghetti bakes in the oven until the top gets a little crunchy. It's a straightforward dish where pasta is tossed with tomato sauce, tomato puree, and a distinctive hint of cinnamon, all brought together with a bit of vegetable oil. You'll cook the spaghetti al dente on the stovetop, then mix everything in one pot before transferring it to a baking dish for its final bake.
