Pour the prepared marinade over your sliced pork, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover the pork and refrigerate to marinate for no less than 4 hours; for the best flavor, overnight is recommended.
When you're ready to cook, preheat your grill to high heat.
Place the marinated pork pieces directly on the preheated grill. Grill each side for about 3 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and shows good char marks.
If you'd like a sauce to go with your meat, pour any leftover marinade into a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes until it boils down and thickens slightly. You can add rice vinegar to taste at this point to thin the sauce a bit and balance its sweetness.
