Shawarma chuck roast wrap
This recipe takes a chuck roast and slow-cooks it until it's fork-tender. The beef braises in a fragrant broth of beef stock, lemon juice, and a blend of shawarma spices like cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon. Once shredded, the meat soaks up all that savory liquid. You'll pile the spiced beef into pita with garlic sauce and your favorite garnishes, then grill the wraps until lightly charred. It's a hands-off way to get deeply flavorful shawarma-style beef.
