Kerabu Rice (Rice Salad)
Kerabu Rice is a Malaysian rice salad, often served as a side dish. It combines rice cooked with coconut milk and aromatic screwpine leaves, then tossed with a mix of fresh herbs, vegetables, and savory elements like anchovies and roasted coconut. The dish gets its aromatic lift from ingredients like lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, offering a refreshing and textural counterpoint to richer meals.
