kabse
Kabse is a spiced chicken and rice dish, layered with tender vegetables and a hint of sweetness from raisins. You'll start by simmering chicken until it's falling apart, then caramelize a mix of colorful peppers, mushrooms, and carrots. Everything comes together in one pot before a quick finish in the oven, allowing the flavors to meld.

Sauté the Vegetables
While the chicken simmers, heat a separate pot. Add the green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn, and carrots, then sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized.
