Gin Swizzle Recipe

Grab a shaker and fill it halfway with ice. Add the 1 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 tsp sugar, 2 oz gin, and 1 dash bitters. Shake everything together until it's well chilled.

Next, almost fill your serving glass with fresh ice cubes. Stir the ice around in the glass until the glass itself is frosted on the outside — this ensures a properly cold drink.

Strain the mixture from your shaker into the frosted glass. Top it off with 3 oz club soda, give it a gentle stir, and serve immediately.
