Slice the garlic clove thinly and brown it in 3 tablespoons of mazola cooking oil until fragrant. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until the onions are just tender.
Stir in the bell peppers and chopped tomato, continuing to sauté for a few more minutes until they soften slightly.
