Chocolate Fudge Cookies

1. 01

   Prepare the Dough

   Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

   In a stand mixer or food processor, add the butter, canola oil, chocolate chips, egg, cake mix, peanut butter, rolled oats, vanilla, and milk. Mix until everything is just combined.

   Spoon the dough onto prepared cookie sheets, then gently flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon.

   Bake the Cookies

   Bake the cookies for 6 to 8 minutes. They'll look set around the edges but still soft in the middle.

   Cool the Cookies

   Carefully transfer the baked cookies to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
