Chilean Dobladitas
Chilean Dobladitas are a simple, baked bread, somewhat like a biscuit or scone, but with a distinct folded shape. The dough is kneaded until smooth, rolled thin, then brushed with butter and folded into triangles before baking. They emerge from the oven golden brown and are best served warm, perhaps alongside coffee or a meal.

Mix and Knead Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup of melted butter, milk, baking powder, and salt until the mixture just begins to pull together into a shaggy dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it until it feels smooth and elastic.
