Transfer the seared chicken breasts to an oven preheated to 350 degrees F (180 °C). Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear when you pierce the thickest part of the chicken.
While the chicken bakes, grab a separate large sauté pan. Add the 2 tablespoons butter and melt it over medium heat.
Pour in the 1/4 cup white wine and 1/2 cup chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and let it cook until it's thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the 1/4 cup half& half and the fresh 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
