Cherry Coke Float Cupcakes With Chocolate Shell

   Combine Batter

   Once your dry ingredients are in a bowl, pour in the initial wet components and stir well with a wooden spoon. Follow by adding the remaining liquid ingredients, beating until the batter is smooth and fully blended.

   Fill Pans and Add Cherries

   Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake pans. Gently push a maraschino cherry into the center of each cupcake.

   Bake and Frost

   Bake for 15 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. The tops should spring back when lightly touched.

   Once the cupcakes are completely cool, frost each one generously with whipped cream.

   Finish with Glaze and Cherry

   Drizzle the chocolate shell over the whipped cream. Finish each cupcake with an extra maraschino cherry on top.
