Blue Cheese Tartlets With Fig Jam and Walnuts

Preheat your oven to 350°F. If you're not using non-stick mini muffin pans, give the cups a light greasing.
In a medium bowl, cream together the blue cheese and butter until they're well combined and smooth.
Add the flour to the blue cheese mixture, then use your hands to bring the dough together into a cohesive ball. Divide the dough into 30 pieces (or 36 pieces if you prefer slightly thinner shells) and roll each piece into a small ball.
Using lightly floured fingers, press each dough ball evenly against the sides of a mini muffin cup, pushing the dough slightly above the rim to form a small shell.
