Make the Marinade

Add the cubed beef tenderloin to the bowl, tossing gently to ensure each piece is coated in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
Thread the marinated beef tenderloin cubes onto metal or bamboo skewers, alternating with your chosen vegetables.
Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the beef kebabs for about 3 minutes per side for a medium cook, which should leave the beef juicy and tender inside. If you prefer your beef more well done, add a little extra time, but note it might be less tender.
Transfer the grilled kebabs to a serving plate. They pair well with saffron rice. Share them right away.
