Yorkshire Puddings
These Yorkshire puddings are light, airy, and crisp-edged, with a soft interior. They come together quickly from a simple batter of flour, eggs, and milk, then puff up dramatically in a hot oven. Once baked, they're ready to serve, or you can cool and freeze them for later.
