Upside-Down Blueberry Puffs Brunch
These individual blueberry puffs bake up in custard cups, with the fruit starting at the bottom so it flips out onto a plate with the berries on top. The batter is light, made with creamed butter and sugar, and gets a lift from folded-in egg whites. They come together in under an hour, with about 30 minutes of baking. Serve them warm from the oven, perhaps with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
