Syrian Bread
This recipe for Syrian bread makes a soft, yeasted flatbread that's surprisingly simple to pull together, especially when you let a bread machine handle the dough. Once the dough is ready, you'll roll it thin and bake it quickly in a hot oven until it puffs up and turns golden. It's a versatile bread, great for scooping up stews or serving alongside dips.
