Leche Asada
Leche Asada is a baked milk custard, lightly perfumed with lemon zest and cinnamon. Eggs and sugar form the base, which gets slowly tempered with warm, infused milk before baking until set and golden brown. Serve it chilled for a creamy, comforting dessert.

Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). - 02
Infuse milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan along with the lemon zest and cinnamon sticks. Bring it to a gentle simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to steep for another 15 minutes to really let those flavors develop.
