Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a standard bundt cake pan by spraying it thoroughly with baking spray, or by greasing and flouring it.
In a medium bowl, whisk together both flours, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sweetener together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Beat in the mashed banana, applesauce, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
Gradually stir in the reserved flour mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix until the batter is just moist; be careful not to overmix.
Bake the cake for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If it's still wet, give it a few more minutes.
Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes before inverting it onto a plate or cake platter. It's important to let the cake cool completely before you even think about glazing it.
For the sugar-lemon glaze, use a whisk to combine all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
