Figgy Duff

Figgy Duff is a classic steamed pudding, dense with raisins and spiced with ginger, allspice, and cinnamon. The dough comes together quickly, mixing flour, brown sugar, and spices with melted butter and molasses. Once formed, it boils in a cotton pudding bag until firm and sliceable. Traditionally served alongside a Jiggs Dinner, it's equally good on its own with a warm molasses or rum butter sauce.
