Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13X9 baking dish well. In a saucepan, melt the butter and 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate, stirring constantly over very low heat until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in the eggs one at a time, then add the sugar, vanilla, espresso powder, baking soda, and flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
